I am a corporate and technology lawyer with an entrepreneur’s eye for opportunity who empowers clients to realise their strategic objectives. I have a dedicated interest in technology and negotiating technology-based agreements for both suppliers and consumers.

For more than 15 years, I have advised clients on a range of commercial matters and negotiated corporate and M&A transactions worth AUD500k to AUD10b in the technology, infrastructure, transport, logistics, education, FMCG, utilities and health care sectors.

I have navigated operational and stakeholder complexity to deliver transformative commercial and profitable results for start-ups, ASX-listees, multi-industry consortiums, for-purpose organisations and leading innovators.

My legal career has taken me from Edinburgh to London, Singapore to Melbourne, and from leading corporate boutique Dickson Minto to premier international law firms Hogan Lovells and MinterEllison. I am experienced in advising clients on outbound and inbound foreign market entry particularly in Australia, the UK and the US.

I have an in-depth understanding of business operations that only direct industry and secondment participation can bring. In addition to my significant legal background, I have consulted with space technology clients, co-founded a specialist online retail brand, run digital agency teams and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

I am a long serving director of freehold and leasehold management companies in the UK.
